Code of Conduct Training

A Code of Conduct underscores an organization's commitment to promoting compliance and ethics standards and serves as the foundation of an effective Compliance and Ethics program for all employees.  As the result of nearly twenty years of experience creating Code training, we understand that organizations must

  • emphasize the important role that all employees play in upholding their organization's reputation
  • underscore that those who report potential issues will be protected from retaliation, and
  • communicate the values that define the organization.

We know that Code training - like most compliance and ethics training - works best when it "comes alive" and employees can view and react to realistic situations and scenarios.

Our innovative approach to Code training is centered on giving you the freedom to choose the topics and scenarios that most effectively communicate your Code, allowing you to customize appropriate elements of those scenarios, and then presenting one Best Practices course to your global staff.

The SAI Global library includes more than 60 Storytorial segments - many already translated - representing global, US-specific and EU-specific content.  Because of the library's depth and breadth, you're able to modify your presentation annually or biannually to better engage, motivate and challenge staff.  This approach to Code training combines the benefits of already produced and translated scenarios with customizable content, local or global implementation, and expert guidance.

Specific features of our Code of Conduct: Best Practices configurable course include:

  • More than 60 content segments to vary seat time, highlight and provide job-relevant content
  • More than 60 content segments to keep your Code "fresh" - change segments annually or biannually to better engage staff
  • The ability to provide users with valuable, real-world scenarios in our award-winning Storytorial format to challenge and motivate them
  • Links to relevant policies, contact information and FAQs
  • Emphasis on the importance of Tone at the Top with introductory and/or concluding messages from key executives
  • The option of customizing content by adding your own annotations for items such as specific policy statements or clarifications
