Reference is made to the Company’s Statutory Accounts and Reports, including Appendix 4E, released today.

As set out in the Appendix 4E, the Board of Directors of the Company (“the Board”) has declared a final dividend of 5.8 cents per share, fully franked.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”), under which shareholders may elect to receive shares in lieu of dividends.

In accordance with the Rules of the DRP (“the Rules”), the Board has determined that, for this dividend, new shares shall be issued and that the limit of 30,000 shares referred to in the Rules shall not apply to the shareholders participating in the DRP.

Shareholders who wish to vary the status or rate of their participation in the DRP must have their completed Dividend Reinvestment Plan Application or Variation Forms with the Company’s share registry, Link Market Services, by 27 August 2008, being the Record Date.
