Announcement of Resignations of Terry Hancock and David Middleton
With regret, SAI Global announces that its Global Head of Compliance, Mr Terry Hancock, has informed the Company that, for personal reasons, he is resigning effective February 2008.
Mr Andy Wyszkowski, SAI’s recently recruited Global Head of Publishing will succeed Mr Hancock, while at the same time retaining responsibility for SAI’s publishing business. At this stage there is no intention to merge the Compliance and Publishing Divisions.
During the period between this announcement and Mr Hancock leaving the Company, Mr Wyszkowski will work closely with Mr Hancock to effect an orderly transition of leadership in the Compliance Division.
SAI Global is grateful to Mr Hancock for his contribution to the building of its compliance business and wishes him success in the future.
Furthermore, following the Company’s decision to integrate the management of its Professional Services Division into the Assurance Division, which was announced in the 2006/07 full year results presentation, Mr David Middleton, formally the Global Head of Professional Services, has resigned effective 31 other interests.
In addition to formally being SAI’s Global Head of Professional Services, Mr Middleton led its Corporate Marketing function. Consequent upon his decision to resign, responsibility for Corporate Marketing will, in the short term, pass to SAI Global’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Tony Scotton.
The Company would like to thank Mr Middleton for the contribution he has made to SAI Global’s Professional Services Division and to its Corporate Marketing function and wishes him success in the future.
